Registered Volunteer Appreciation Banquet
Saturday, December 21st.
6 pm until 12 am
6 pm - 7 pm: no host bar
7 pm "ish": sit down dinner, Awards, raffle, etc.
9 pm - 12 am: dancing
Invitations will be given out Saturday, November 9 at the Information Booth.
The only time to RSVP for the banquet will be from 8 am-1pm on Saturday, November 16 and 23rd with Alicia Ramirez at the Information Booth. You will need to give the following info:
-your full name
-your guest's full name
-Your meal choice: beef, chicken or vegetables
You will be provided with specifically numbered entrance tickets to the event.
On day of the event, there will be a mandatory name/ticket check in at the door to allow entrance into the event.
If you will not be able to attend the event, please email Alicia Ramirez at firstname.lastname@example.org before Wednesday, December 11. There are registered volunteers on a waiting list who would love to attend.
