Director, Premise Security
Working with the Safety Director, the Premise Security
Director organizes and supervises the corps. of volunteers who
will periodically check the halls of the field facilities to
help ensure a secure environment for the youth players.
The AYSO volunteer position of regional auditor is intended
to assist the regional commissioner in his/her fiduciary
responsibilities to protect the organization's assets by
monitoring, reviewing and reporting on regional financial
controls and records.
Director of Information
Helps distribute
information to the parents and players in our region. Utilizes a
computer system, basic typing, e-mail and good writing/communication
skills in this position.
Director of Ways and Means
Helps raise funds
for our Region. The Region requires new equipment for our fields
and snack shack and we want to avoid having to raise registration fees
to cover these necessary expenses. This position involves
running regional fundraisers, seeking out sponsorships and applying for
grants for our Region.
Concessions Coordinator Assistant
Helps run our concessions stand on Saturdays when we have games.
Responsibilities include purchasing supplies, doing inventory of our
supply room, set up of the Snack Shack on the weekend, and helping our
Director of Concessions.
