How
to Order Additional Uniforms

Please determine the
color and style of uniform that you have.
You can do this by looking at the 3”x4” slip of paper
that was included in the plastic bag that your uniforms came in.
Look below the hash line (see example).

Type out the information,
exactly as it appears on your slip, the size(s) that you want (YS,
YM,
YL
,
AS
, AM, AL, AXL, or AXXL); the next number after the highest numbered
uniform issued to you, and
email it to me Include
the coaches’ name, team number, and call back number.

You will be notified via
email that your order has been received and placed with the uniform
company.

You will be notified
again when your order has arrived and where to pick it up.

Turn around time is
usually ten calendar days, possibly longer depending on your uniform
style.
If you don’t have the 3”x4” slip, provide a COMPLETE description
of your uniform jersey, including colors and design.
I will do my best to locate your uniform style. You still need to
provide coaches’ name and call back number and the next number in
sequence.
