Attention all Volunteers
AYSO National has requested that all volunteers
need to register as volunteers through
http://www.eayso.org/.
They have a fantastic new system that’s quick and simple. AYSO is
trying to clean up bad data on their systems, and the best way to do
that is to have the volunteers input their own information, so there is
less chances for data entry errors by programmers.
If you plan on Coaching, Assistant Coaching, Team
Mom, or any other volunteer position please:
- Register online
- Print 3 copies of the form
- Bring them to our registration locations
This is a secured protected web site. Our CVPA
volunteer coordinator will verify your pre-registered forms with your
pictured ID at registration, and we will submit it for approval. Your SS
# and driver's number have encrypted protection. National AYSO computer
system is really fantastic; you can also pre-register your children.
Print up pre-registration forms and bring them to our registration
locations. We have a FAST TRACK lane for pre- registered players to
expedite the process. Inputting your own information will create fewer
mistakes. If you need help with this process, we will be glad to help
you. If you do not have a computer, we can also submit paper form

NEW! Online Safe Haven Certification
Safe Haven is a mandatory course that all volunteers must take if you
are working with youth. This includes Coaches and Assistants,
Referees and Team Managers. If you didn't get this training in
formal classroom instruction, here is your chance to take it now.
