Division Coordinator
It is the Division Coordinator’s responsibility to assign teams and coaches, schedule games, and handle the organization of divisions within the Region.
Offering young athletes Balanced Teams is one of AYSO’s core philosophies because maintaining a level playing field keeps the focus on the game, having fun and developing soccer competence, not winning or losing. Every child deserves the chance to play, to gain confidence and to do so in an environment that is encouraging.

The AYSO volunteer position of coach is intended to
develop in players a positive image of
themselves, their teammates, coaches, game officials, and
opponents, and provide a good role
model for players. Additionally, the coach will develop in
his/her players the appropriate soccer
